Preschool Cancelled for Thursday, September 8

Due to the inclement weather and flooding, preschool will be CLOSED today.  As a reminder, we follow Eastern York School District's closings and delays.  Our make-up day will be posted as soon as possible.

Important Items for the Coming Week!

Tuesday:  Next to last Day of School for 3 year olds

           

Wednesday:  Last Day in the Classroom for 4 year olds

Thursday:  Last Day for 3 year olds

                  Summer Birthday Celebration

                  Final Progress Reports come home

                 Please wear your dinosaur shirts!

Friday:  4 year olds Graduation Practice

            9am-12pm  at the Township Social Hall

            Summer Birthday Celebration

            Please wear your tye dye shirts!

           

Saturday:  Preschool Picnic 5-7pm

            NOTE:  The weather has been forecasted to be VERY stormy that day.  For safety reasons- I will notify you by NOON on Saturday if I am canceling the picnic.  If the picnic is canceled, I will make every effort to reschedule it for Sunday (depending on weather for that day).  Please check your email or the class blog http://creativepreschool.blogspot.com/ for important updates.  I will NOT be calling individual families- so you will have to check the blog for information.

Monday:  Preschool Graduation

                4 year olds arrive by 12:40pm.  Please wear dressy clothes (please no character t-shirts).  We will begin promptly at 1pm- please do not be late!  We will have cake and ice cream after the ceremony.

AM PRESCHOOL CANCELLED TODAY

There is no AM preschool today- Eastern York Area School District and Red Lion School District are running on a 2 Hour Delay Today.

 

I am sorry for the late notice- I was convinced my husband was playing an April Fools Day joke on me!

Sign Up sheets for Easter

Sign up sheets for our special Easter snack goes up today.  Please remember- our Easter Party is our Healthy Bunny party.  It is a preschool tradition-  please do not bring cupcakes, cookies, or other sweets to the party.  We are working hard to teach our healthy bunnies about what is good for their bodies- lets celebrate by having a healthy party!

Spring Fundraiser and April News

Our Spring Fundraiser information and April Newsletter will be handed out this week (most likely Thursday and Friday).

Our interviews are winding down for the new director postion and we will begin the 2nd round of interviews soon.  We have MANY applicants- and many impressive applicants.  We will let you know of any decisions regarding next year as soon as possible!
